L’Objectif General
A l’issue de cette formation d’ici 2014, chaque archedeaconee devrait avoir gumoins circ formateur pour assurer la formation continue des maitres enseignant.
L’ouverture: on devrait debuter la premiere journee vers l’heure 8 h am, malheureusement il y a eu une contradictions par certains pretre que ont dit 9 h am. Finalment le Rev. Oge Beauvoir a donne sa benedictions et defini le plan directeur du BAEH a 9 h am. Mr. Andre Rouille , membre de GREF, notre formateur a realise une bonne journee de travail au commanca par ce presenter entant que member du GREF et ses fonction dans la monde educatif.
Chacun se presente:
• Nom Prenom
• Leur niveau d’etude
• Leur occupation dans la Diocese
Des interrogations ont ete faites par le formateur lui permettant de verifier plus au moins notre competences en education.
On a travaille sur un document dit documents support (Q. sort) qui contient environ 20 phrase caracterisant la pedagogue active participative PaP.
De ses phrases (on devrait) ont decoule trois rubriques qui sont:
1. Totalement d’accord
2. Plutot d’accord
3. Totalement en d’accord
4. Plutot en accord
Cet exercice permet de faire une stastique, d’avoir vu ensemble sur la capacite du groupe (participants)
En fin on a vu: une correction collective allait venir le tendement et ou s’oriente atomatiquement

The General Purpose

In his words (we should) have four rubrics:
1. Strongly agree
2. Somewhat agree
3. Strongly disagree
4. Somewhat disagree
This exercise allows me to have statistics and see the ability of the group (participants).
In the end we saw: a collective correction of teaching methods would come and an automatic adoption of the training principles.
